Q: Payment
What method of payment do you take?
A:
During checkout you may choose to pay securely with a credit card without leaving the site or by Paypal. If you prefer to pay by check or money order please use the contact page to get in touch with us. We will then provide you with information on how to place the order.
Q: Custom Orders
I don't see the size I need, can you make one?
A:
In order to get items out quickly most of the things you see are already made. However, when we have fabric still available (which in most cases we do) we are happy to do custom sizing. Contact us for availability.

New ideas are always welcome. Please contact us and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Q: Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
A:
We do sell some of our items wholesale, however, due to the fact that everything is handmade and supply is very limited we can only take on a few accounts at a time. Please fill out our wholesale request form and we'll get in touch with you when a space opens up.
Q: Returns
What is your return policy?
A:
If for any reason you're not happy with your order please notify us of the return within 3 days of receiving your order and ship back to us within 7 days. All items must be in new condition with tags still attached. You will receive a full refund, less shipping, once we receive the package. Sorry, but custom orders are not accepted for returns.
Please note: Cheerleading Uniforms are considered custom orders and therefore we cannot accept returns for these.

What is my shipping cost?
A:
We ship USPS priority mail for a flat fee of $5.00. Orders over $100 ship for free.

Do you ship to other countries?
A:
Absolutely! Items shipped outside of the USA will be shipped by first class mail. Please be aware that the shipping time may take up to six weeks. If you prefer priority mail please specify at checkout and you will receive an additional paypal invoice for the extra postage. We cannot be held responsible for any fees or duties required.

When will my order be shipped?
A:
Most items you see on the site are already made and ready to be shipped. In most cases we ship within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends will go out on Monday. Custom orders may take up to 7 business days before being sent.
