Please read carefully. By placing an order you agree that you have read and understand all of Tickled Pink Boutique's store policies. If ever in doubt please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best in assisting you in finding the right product.
Order Processing and Lead Times
Our goal is to offer you the lastest and greatest products on the market. In order to do this some items will be sent to you directly from the manufacturer, designer, or distributor. Approximate lead times will be given in the item desciption. This is the time it takes for an order to be processed and shipped. This does not include actual transit time. Please be aware when ordering that the product may take anywhere from 3 to 15 business days to process before shipping. Custom orders may take even longer. Orders may also take longer during holidays. If an item is no longer available or out of stock you will be notified via email and your money will be refunded.
Cancellations
Sorry, but we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Payments
During checkout you will see the option to pay with Paypal or with a credit/debit card without leaving this site using our secure server. We will also accept checks however, your order will not ship until it has cleared the bank. This also applies when paying by echeck with Paypal.
Returns
Almost all returns can be avoided by carefully reading the description of each item and measuring your pet properly. If ever you have questions or are in doubt of the size please contact us. We are more than happy to assist you in determining what will suit your pet best.
If you are not satisfied with your order you may exchange it or return it for store credit only. Sorry, but we do not offer refunds. Please contact us via email at tickledpink@bellsouth.net within 7 days of delivery of your package. We also ask that you put "Returns" in the subject line. Emails that are not clearly marked may accidentally be deleted or missed. You're also welcome to use the contact page on this site. Once we hear from you we will then give you information on how to proceed. All items must be postmarked and shipped back to us within 7 days of original delivery to you. We recommend sending the package insured as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Items must be in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. If items appear worn or used they will be shipped back to you and store credit will not be given. When exchanging an item you will be invoiced for the shipping back to you. Only one exchange is allowed per item. Store credit will be for original price paid minus shipping cost. Some items we are not able to exchange due to health reasons and these include: beds, car seats, carriers, strollers, treats, chews, toys, grooming products
Custom orders and sale/clearance items of any type are not returnable. Our harnesses and collars are made to order and therefore considered a custom item not available for return.
Shipping
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. All U.S. orders are charged a flat rate of $5.00 to ship and all U.S. orders over $100 ship for free. Most orders are sent by the United States Postal Service first class mail or priority depending on weight. Larger items are typically sent FedEx or UPS however there may be times that either we or a distributor choose to use an alternate shipping carrier.
Some of our items are sent directly from a manufacturer or distributor. If an order includes these items as well as other products they will be shipped separately. This will be noted on the invoice that comes with your order.
Large items are not available to ship outside the U.S. We do ship smaller items such as clothing and accessories to other countries. Typically these are sent USPS first class mail. Please be aware that it may take 6 weeks or more for your order to arrive. Our standard shipping charges do not apply to orders outside of the USA. Please note that you will be sent a separate invoice for exact shipping. You are also responsible for all duties and fees.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Once your order leaves our hands we no longer have control. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Wholesale
Because all items are handmade we only take on a few wholesale accounts at a time. If you are interested in selling our products please fill out our wholesale request form.
Tickled Pink Products
Many of our items are handmade. This allows you to have a unique item that is not mass marketed. There will be times that there is a difference in the product you receive and the product pictured on this site. For example, a dress using a larger print fabric may have a different print placement on a size small as compared to a larger size. We also have the right to change our materials used as needed. In doing this the change will be made with equal or greater quality materials. If a significant change is made, such as color or pattern, a new photo will be added to this site and will be treated as a new product.
Safety and Precautions
We all know every pet has their own personality. As a pet owner it is your responsibility to determine what products are suitable for your pet. No pet should ever be left unattended with any type of clothing or accessory. Items used for restraint, such as collars and harnesses, should fit properly and be inspected often for signs of wear or weakness. By purchasing and using these products you accept all responsibility.
